Natural tone and texture vary from one donor to another. We help you choose a shade that blends with your own hair, with no factory dye used to create its color.

Construction you can understand

The Halo has an ultra-lightweight base. Genius Wefts have an ultra-thin seam. Invisible Clip-Ins are paper-thin, while Standard Clip-Ins use flat machine wefts. Choose the construction that suits how you want to wear your hair.

The Halo and Clip-Ins are removable styles you wear yourself. Genius Wefts require professional installation. Compare the methods.

Is all of your hair single-donor and never dyed?

Yes. All of our extensions are raw, single-donor human hair in natural donor shades. Tone and texture can vary from donor to donor.

How do I match my natural shade?

Compare the mid-lengths and ends of your hair in daylight. Text front, back and ends photos for help choosing your shade and texture.

When will my order be ready?

Timing depends on the product. Made-to-order Clip-Ins need additional time; check the details on the product page and our shipping policy. Dispatch time and delivery time are different.

Can I pick up my hair locally?

Yes. Text us to arrange a time when someone will be in the East Islip boutique to help you select and pick up your hair.

How do I request a return?

Email or text us and we’ll help you with the return process. Eligibility, timing and item-condition requirements follow our return policy.
